I really do have a good time in this class. Tonight I interviewed Aurielle Weaver. She is an interesting person. You can tell just by asking her a few questions how much respect she has for her mom. So, I have a question about the whole blog thing... can you request that people check out your blog? I showed Mr. Eckert my Smart Pen and paper tonight. We discussed it's uses in journalism. Honestly, I think it would be an AWESOME tool for journalists. Oh, another question: If I post tonight, does it count for points, or does it have to be later in the week? Since I was in the military for so long, I find it hard to talk to "civilians" in a way that doesn't concern the military. I like this class because it is a lot of discussion, and not all of it is about the military. The whole "blog" thing is new to me, as I've already said. But, I kind of like it. I get to say whatever I think. I'm just excited to be back in school. There were a few days I didn't think I ever would be again, but we won't get into that. I'm 27 years old. The last time I did an interview, I was 18 and in Journalism class. For me, this paper is kind of intimidating. It's a bit hard to go back to school after a time of being out.
